1. Original Name: Livingston’s Dwarf Stone.

2. History: Not related to the Dwarf Tomato Project. An old heirloom variety introduced by Livingston Seed Company in 1902. 3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors and in a greenhouse. Determinate dwarf bush, growing up to 2-2.3 feet (60-70 cm) tall. Large and slightly rugose regular leaf. Regular truss, 4-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required. It is recommended just to tie the longest stems and to remove the bottom leaves as they grow so that the bush could get a good airflow and could not become too branchy.

5. Shape and Weight: Round and smooth fruits. Weight: up to 7 oz. (200 g).

6. Color: Typical red.

7. Flavor Profile: Moderately sweet, with a tomato flavor. The word 'Stone' in its name means that the fruits are firm and meaty and the walls are thick.

8. Culinary Use: These firm fruits ripen evenly and keep well after harvesting. A perfect tomato for 'meaty' salads, thick ketchup and sauces. A good choice for sandwiches and pizza.
