1. Original Name: Auria. Also known as Aurika, Damsky Kapriz, Zhenskaya Radost, Muzhskiye, Zabava, Auriya or Adam.

2. History: Developed by amateur tomato breeders. According to some sources, this variety originates from Israel. However, Tatiana Kouchnareva (tatianastomatobase) says that this variety originates from Ukraine.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. Tall bush with climbing stems, growing up to 6.5 feet (200 cm) tall. Regular leaf. Perfect for growing both in a greenhouse and outdoors. A prolific and stable variety. There are 6-8 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: The bush can be trained to one or two main stems.

5. Shape and Weight: Elongated cylindrical fruits with bifurcated tips or pointed tips resembling claws. Weight: 3.5-5.3 oz. (100-150 g).

6. Color: Bright red.

7. Flavor Profile: Well-balanced and slightly sweet taste with a tomato flavor. The flesh is firm, and there are few seeds.

8. Culinary Use: The fruits are meaty and firm so they are a good choice for making paste, sauces and ketchup. Perfect for canning whole tomatoes. If you cut the fruits in half vertically and remove the flesh, they will be perfect for stuffing.
