1. Original Name: Dragon’s Eye.

2. History: A variety from the USA. Bred by tomato breeder Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms (California, USA). Introduced in 2014.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. Tall bush, indeterminate, growing up to 6 feet (180 cm) tall.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to train the bush to two main stems, and staking and pruning are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Round fruits. Weight: 3.5-4.2 oz. (100-120 g).

6. Color: Multicolored. The fruits have light pink and pale green stripes at the mature-green stage. When fully ripe, they have yellow and golden stripes and streaks on the pink background. Crimson and pink in a cut.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet and slightly tart with a bright tomato flavor. The flesh is juicy, and the walls are thick and sugary in a cut.

8. Culinary Use: A good choice both for eating fresh and for making juices and paste or canning whole tomatoes.
